The cottages are located on a big land plot (12 000 m2). The farm is about 600m from Mändjala sandy beach.
There are 9 cottages with different sizes - 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, or 11 beds per unit. All houses are for accommodating one group, except one. The storehouse has 4 separate apartments - three with 3 beds and one with 6 beds.
There are 60 beds in total. The main building also has a dining room for 60 people.
In addition of beds all cottages have a kitchen-dining-living room, shower, WC, TV, WIFI, an outdoor grill.
For larger events, you need to rent the entire complex, at a price of 1800 EUR.
Camping and caravan parking are subject to special agreement.
Client can use personal bed linens and a towel or can be rented at a price of 4 EUR / set. Usage of bed linens is obligatory.

When you arrive and leave, please inform us in advance by phone. To register a visitor, please provide an ID-document. Underage can use the services of a holidayhome only under the responsibility and supervision of an adult.
When using the cabin, equipment, buildings and facilities (N: swings), please be careful enough to ensure the safety of yourself and others and the preserve the property and the environment. If damage happens, we ask you to inform us immediately. The damage must be reimbursed. Making the fire is allowed only in the closed fireplaces. Please use only special sharcoal for outdoor barbecue, usage of wood is not allowed. Please keep access free for all entrances and roads. Storage of items is not allowed, personal belongings must be located indoors. Smoking is not allowed in the room. We also ask you to respect the privacy and peace of neighbors and other guests. Music at outdoors is not allowed.
In the event of a fire, other accident, vandalism, violence or any other violation of the public order, please call immediately to the personnel and to emergency number 112.
Room rates are per night and includes VAT.
The Mändjala Cottages has the right to change prices according to demand, especially during major events such as the Saaremaa Opera Days, the Mändjala Beach Party. The holiday home has the right to ask customers a deposit for possible damages. A handling fee of EUR 100 is added to the damages claim.
